Job Description:

Job Qualification:
- Male, minimum 30 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Food Technology)
- Having 5 – 8 years experience at managerial level in food manufacturing industry
- Mastering all aspects of production and post-production management
- Having excellent knowledge and skill in mechanic or electric field
- Strong leadership, positive, strategic-minded, and excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Mandarin language is preferred
- Having knowledge and experiences in HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001:2000, & 5S
- Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo – East Java

Production Supervisor (SPV)
Job Description:
Coordinate, control, and optimize resources to ensure accomplishment of production procedure and to yield products which meet quality and quantity standard.

Job Qualification:
- Male, 24-30 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Food Technology)
- Having 1 year experience at supervisory level in food manufacturing industry is preferred
- Having excellent knowledge and skill in mechanic or electric field
- Strong leadership, positive, and excellent communication skills
- Willing to work in shifts & be placed in Karawang – West Java

QC Analyst (Code: QA)
Job Description:

Coordinate and monitoring quality control activities in laboratory to ensure the suitability of product quality to quality standard

Job Qualification:
- Female, maximum 25 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering
- Having good competency in statistic, food analysis, and writing reports
- Having leadership experience and good interpersonal & communication skills
- Fluent in Mandarin language is preferred
- Willing to be placed in Karawang – West Java

Supply Chain Coordinator (code: SCC)
Job Description:

Coordinate, assign, and monitor raw and packaging material procurement and production planning to ensure sales target achievement and inventory control.

Job Qualification:
- Male, 30-35 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering (GPA ? 3.00)
- Having 3-5 years experience at managerial level in food manufacturing industry
- Mastering logistic, production scheduling, MRP, and supply chain management
- Strong leadership, positive, strategic-minded, & excellent communication skills
- Having knowledge and experiences in HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001: 2000, & 5 R
- Fluent in Mandarin language is preferred
- Willing to be placed in Karawang – West Java

Machine Operator (OPR)
Job Description:
Operate machine to achieve quality & quantity target according to standard operating procedure.

Job Qualification:
- Male, max 28 years old
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
- Having organizational or leadership experience
- Having good interpersonal & communication skills
- Willing to be placed in Karawang – West Java

Maintenance Supervisor (MSPV)
Job Description:
Supervise maintenance and repair of plant machinery and utilities in order to support all plant operational

Job Qualification:
- Male, 24-30 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Food Technology)
- Having 2-3 years experience at supervisory level in food manufacturing industry
- Having excellent knowledge and skill in mechanical or electrical

Production Administrator (PADM)
Job Description:
Do administrative duties to support the production division in achieving its objectives

Job Qualification:
- Female, maximum 28 years old
- Diploma in Engineering
- Preferably with 1 year of experience in administration
- Skillful in administrative tasks, accurate, and well-organized
- Must be proficient in using MS Office
