Market Development Manager – based in Balikpapan (Job Code Number: 1248114)
This position is part of the GE Management team, to support the market development in the country. Acting as a scout for GE, the incumbents will search for new territories, identifies new business opportunities, and develop long term- win-win relationships that enhance GE’s market and mind share.
The incumbent would be responsible for the following job activities:
- Support the infrastructure businesses in closing significant transactions by supplementing business relationship in the governments, G2G and customer organizations;
- Support corporate initiatives: ecomagination, healthymagination, enterprise selling into new industry verticals;
- Identify new opportunities in wide spaces to grow revenue in various GE businesses;
- Help broaden sales to our existing customer base and bring in the new revenue prospects;
- Build strong and enduring relationships with the government and it’s officials to grow GE Businesses, monitor and influence government policies and regulations;
- Organize events and activities to enhance GE’s branding and mindshare;
- Develop cross-business marketing and selling tools for the businesses;
- Provide advice and industry information to the businesses in the areas of economics, competitors, regulatory environment and politics within his/ her scope responsibility:
- Support GE Management in Indonesia in areas such as compliance, leadership and commercial trainings, and strengthening the country marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
- Qualified to Degree level or equivalent,
- Knowledge of strategic marketing tools
- Experience leading and motivating direct and cross- functional teams
- Analysis and problem solving
- Negotiating skills
- Fluent in English

Specific competence required:
- Post-graduate business degree (MBA)
- Experienced or previously worked for US companies
- Good networking in government relations
- Very energized
- Ability to engage at high levels

PT Natarang Mining Vacancy OH&S Manager- Surface processing and underground mining operation- Sumatra, indonesia.
PT Natarang Mining is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced professional to till the above position required for their Way Linggo, gold / silver underground mining project.

The role of this new position is to manage all aspects of OH&S and Environmental issues for the 400 man accommodation camp, process plant, mobile and underground mining (electric/ air) equipment. Reporting to the Operations Manager the OHS Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the company s occupational health and safety management programs designed to achieve industry best practice. The successful candidate will have been in a similar position in the mining/ resources industry for a period of at least 5 years.

Also must have sound experience in all aspects of underground mine safety including ventilation systems and testing.Must be able to demonstrate in his CV that he has strengths in;
- Ensuring OH&S and environmental company requirements are implemented and maintained
- Promoting the understanding of safety, health and risk assessment in the workplace:
- Conducting and reviewing risk assessment activities with a focus on identifying and pursuing risk reduction opportunities;
- Compiling and submitting accident reports required by statutory authorities;
- Monitoring safety standards, regulation and legislation and best practice in occupational health and safety;
- Ensuring continual improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety with all team members.
- Hazard reduction and accident / incident investigation procedures.

This position is based on 4 week on and 2 week off FIFO roster. Applicants, who speak fluent Bahasa and English, will be given special consideration.

As an Operator, you will work under direct supervision but occasionally have responsibility for junior crew members as required. As well, as general operational support, successful candidates will be expected to attend relevant training courses as specified by the Company in order to maximise their potential to the fullest.

You must have a mechanical background with an educational qualification to diploma level. You should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience and have sound knowledge of the basic well test equipment components, as well as be capable of assisting in all phases of rigging up and down of well test equipment in a competent and safe manner on a variety of assigned work locations. You should also be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a high pressure environment and have a good command of the English language.

Successful candidates should have experience in full DST operations as if well as Shoot and Pull. You should also be physically fit for offshore operations and be willing to work at remote locations on a call-out basis as and when required.

Drill Stem Test (DST) Operator/Specialist

Tubing Conveyed Perforating (TCP) Operator/Specialist

You will be involved with the preparation of TCP equipment, perform job execution during run in hole process and monitor closely the tools performance during well test operations.
You must have a sound mechanical background and an educational qualification to diploma level, be physically fit for offshore operations ‘14 and be willing to work at remote locations on a call-out basis as and when required. You should have a minimum of 5 years experience in servicing and running TCP systems, firing mechanisms and gun make up as well as have a good level of proficiency in job planning and Tool String design along with a firm understanding of the necessary measurements and calculations associated with running and operating TCP systems. Successful candidates should have experience in full DST operations as well as Production/Completion associated work.

Project Accountant Ref:PA/INDO/10/10
This position will assist Finance Department in any intercompany transactions and charges pertaining project cost, managing accurate, record on Indonesian Assets used in Project and support and/or giving 4 advice to Operation Manager and Business Development Manager for any financial /forecast related to the project.
To be successful in this position he/she must hold Accounting degree from reputable University with at least 3 years experience as a Senior It , Accountant , good command in English both written and spoken are a must, Preferably has experience working in Oil & Gas/services company, SAP knowledge and Indonesia taxation also . He/she should also be able 4 to demonstrate good analytical thinking and reporting skills with minimum supervision.
