The network, which is a joint initiative of the Ethox Centre in Oxford and the Wellcome-KEMRI Unit in Kilifi, Kenya, will build ethics expertise and capacity both in the United Kingdom and in developing countries - with a particular emphasis on building capacity at the Wellcome Trust`s Major Overseas Programme sites.
