SALES ENGINEER,MINING
(Based in Sumatra/Sulawesi/Kalimatan)
Responsibilities
-Manage and drives sales within a designated territory
-Formulate and agree on annual sales projections with the Business Development Manager
-Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales projections
-Prepare sales and service plans for the assigned territory
-Formulate sales action plans for assigned territory
-Implement strategies for key account management and provide effective commercial and technical support to all customers and distributors
-Implement strategies to further develop and increase sales for all accounts and identify new business opportunities and total market potential within the assigned territory
-Compile and update customer records with comprehensive details on all customers/distributors
-Promptly complete customer visit, monthly sales and other reports
-Conduct plan surveys, seminars and training
-Investigate and recommend new products and services for increased market penetration and optimation
Requirements
-Technical qualification, ideally a Degree in Science or Engineering discipline
-Good selling and negotiation skills
-Knowledge of mining business in Indonesia (particularly Sumatera & Sulawesi/Kalimantan)
-Understand mining operations and maintenance
-Good time management, organizational and communication skills
