PRINCIPAL SECRETARY

Responsibilities:
- Support the Principal in operational and administrative duties required
- Ensure and enhance the Principal’s productivity through proper arrangement of administrative duties
- Being a good source of information for external parties or around the school area in relating with the Principal
- Support all of the activities in the school area that related with the Principal

Requirements:
1. Female, max. 35 years old.
2. Min. Diploma 3 Degree in English or Secretarial, with min. GPA 2.75
3. Min. 1 year experience in a related position
4. Good administration skills and attention to detail
5. Self-motivated, hard working and a team player at the same time
6. Excellent written and spoken English
7. Computer proficiency and familiar with the internet
8. Good communication skills
9. Willing to be located in Serpong

Customer Technology & Support Specialist

Position Purpose:
Support the Sales Organization in prospecting, selling, designing, implementing and providing training on transaction interfaces to external customers, retain customers and increase automation volume and revenues through automated solutions placement in objectives to fulfill customer's requirements and expectation, account penetration and account developments revenues.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree preferably in computer science or related Discipline
- 2 years professional experience in sales and service environment within customer oriented company background
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Good presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of express cargo industry and services
- Knowledge of sales strategies and tools
- Familiar with the various marketing strategies related to pricing, promotion, brand awareness and market segmentation
- Proven Leadership and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills and a team player
