1. Qualification in Business Administration or Chemical/Polymer Engineering
2. Proven sales experience in polyolefins or petrochemicals related
3. Advanced experience in MS Office and familiar with usage of SAP applications
4. Fluent in English oral and written
5. Only candidates with knowledge of the Industry will be considered
6. Willingness to travel

Objective:
Manage Human Resources functions and assist Human Resources & General Affairs Manager in order to support company's business operations.
Qualifications:
- Hold a min Bachelor degree in Psychology or related field of studies.
- Deep knowledge of HR Functions (Recruitment, Training & Development, and Administration)
- Having experience in making relationship with business partner related to HR functions.

General requirements:
- Good English speaking and writing skills
- Computer literate, and knowledge in MS Office (esp. MS Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, honest, confident, active, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team
