HR Manager & Personal Assistant to GM

The successful applicants shall fulfill the following criteria :
- Female or male
- Minimum 1 years experience in handling personnel administration
(employee database, timesheet reporting, payroll, healthcare benefit, etc) & industrial relation (handling & resolving employee complaint).
- Updated knowledge in HR System and Labor / manpower regulation & able to choose effective system that match the company
- Posses good communication and interpersonal skill, creative, dynamic, innovative and service oriented
- Strong leadership skills, innovative, good communication and quick decision making ability
- Right personality towards the role and responsibility, good & highly motivated and lively spirit
- Detail person and focus on high standard of quality
- Preferable from Hotel background, proven track record in similar capacity in other hotels or Villas,
- Good command of written and spoken English is a must
- Proficient with MS office applications
- Able to join for work as soon as possible
