A leading Jakarta Law Firm, is looking for highly motivated, qualified and experienced individuals to join our firm’s for position of Account Receivable Staff :

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
* Maintain up-to-date billing system
* Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
* Follow up, collection and allocation of payments
* Reconciliation of accounts
* Monitoring client account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
* Maintain accounts receivable clients files
* Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc
* Investigate and resolve client queries
* Process adjustments
* Organizing a recovery system and initiate collection efforts
* Communicating with client via phone, email, mail or personally

Education and Experience
* Knowledge of accounts receivable
* Education background in Accounting/Management from Reputable University
* Good in English literature and good in typing
* Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
* Knowledge of office administration and procedures
* Proficient in relevant computer applications
* 1 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience
