HR & GA MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER
- S1 Psychology, Law, Management
- Minimum 33 years old
- Minimum 7 years experience in manufacture
- experience of negotiation with union
- Cover full spectrum of HR function and administrative work including payroll & PPh 21,
- Formulate and implement HR Policies, system and procedures
- Familiar with Indonesia labour laws and practices, able with recruitment, personnel administration
- Good in English both spoken and written
- Computer literate in MS Office
