FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
to handle both FB Product and Services with 2 Restaurants and Room Service, 1 Lobby Lounge, a ballroom cater up to 500 pax and 10 meeting rooms, 1 Music Room, 3 Karaoke Deluxe Rooms. The candidate should have the following requirement:
- Willing to reside in Serang, Banten,
- Has experience min of 2 years in similar position preferably in hotel industry,
- Possesses strong leadership and develop team to ensure that your team delivers quality services, both in the production and service at all points of sale in the hotel,
- Has capability in training/facilitating people with good communication & analytical skill,
- Effective leadership of all department members with good listener, dynamic and well organized capability,
- Motivate and create a team spirit in all sections of the Food and Beverage.
- Ensure that the profitability of your department is consistent through innovative marketing
