Currently we have a position open in our Jakarta office as Community Development – Community Relations Supervisor (1 slot).

Summary of Position:
Responsible for providing the management team up to date information of social and political conditions in project areas; communicate and liaise closely with the local stakeholders in relation to HESS business and activities; lead the day-to-day activities of CD-CR team in order to achieve the CD-CR's business targets. Key activities include planning, monitoring, and mapping stakeholder's activities in project area; formulate and execute the most suitable strategy to improve and manage HESS relationships with local stakeholders. Lead and coaches the CD-CR team member; supervise, prioritize and assign tasks to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively and targets are met.

Principal Duties & responsibilities:
1. Provide valid and up to date information about local stakeholders' social and political situation to HESS management team
2. Conduct the strategic and intelligence activities of HESS community relations and community development within assigned areas
3. Closely liaise with local stakeholders as part of HESS campaign to maintain the relationship with local community
4. Lead and manage day to day activities of CD-CR team; provide coaching to team members
5. Managing EHS function in the respective department
6. Managing relevant administration and report

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in government relations area within oil and gas industry
- Bachelor degree any major
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office
- Extensive experience and proven records in dealing with local stakeholders in project areas, especially in eastern Indonesia area
- Possess strong integrity and relationship building skills

1. Manager Consultancy (advisory)
-degree in real estate/town planning/architecture/economic/finance
- master degree would be an advantage
-strong analytical and financial skill (cash flow modelling)

2. Building Manager

-S1 or S2 from reputable university (locally or overseas).
-Fluent in oral and written English.
-An independent individual but can lead and supervise a team of valuers.

5. Senior Valuer
-Have more than 3 years experience as a property valuer in other KJPP.
-MAPPI-A or MAPPI-P Member.
-Have passed the P1 / P2 Test and/or P3 / P4 Test.
- Preferably is able to assist valuation using income approach with discounted cash flow method.
-S1 or S2 from reputable university (locally or overseas).
-Good in oral and written English.
-An independent individual but can work as a team.

6. Investment/Capital Market Mgr
-Pendidikan S1 dari Arsitek/Planologi/Ekonomi/Business dari good university(lulusan luar negeri is a plus point)
-Pengalaman 5 tahun dalam bidang property (terutama industrial/commercial/land bank) di perusahaan nasional/internasional
-Track record nilai penjualan di atas 20 Bn semakin tinggi semakin baik
-Mampu membuat cash flow ( is a plus point)
-Good English (spoken and written)

7. Junior Valuer
- Pendidikan S1 dari Arsitek/Sipil/Urban planning/Planologi
- Pengalaman 1-2 thn (Fresh graduate is welcome)
