This scholarship is open to nationals of member countries of ASEAN* (except Singapore) to pursue a designated full-time Masters degree by coursework and dissertation at NTU.

Overview
Applications are invited for a Ph.D. student position in “Quantum Transport Theory with Focus on Graphene”. We are looking for a bright, highly motivated and independent candidate with MSc degree in Physics, who is interested to do a PhD project on electronic transport in graphene high-frequency devices.

The position will be placed at the Applied Quantum Physics Laboratory at MC2. The Laboratory is part of the Linnaeus Centre of Excellence “Engineered Quantum Systems” at MC2 with more than 40 senior and young researchers including PhD working on front-line experimental and theoretical problems of quantum electronics.

At the Department of Product and Production Development the main competences are found in the areas of human centred design, product development and production systems and in the interaction between these disciplines. The majority of the research is conducted in collaboration with industry. The department has more than 75 employees, organized into three divisions: Design & Human Factors; Product Development; and Production Systems.
