Task description
This Ph.D. mandate is situated within the project `Diamond-based impedimetric and nanophotonic biosensors for the detection of proteins` funded by the Research Foundation Flanders FWO. The central topic is the development of novel biosensing technologies for the fast detection of marker proteins in blood samples. Special attention will be paid to markers with a relevant role in the diagnosis of cancers and cardiovascular diseases.
