General Manager For Transport/Logistic (Sumatera Utara – Medan)
Responsibilities:
- Reduce logistics cost
- Reduce fleet breakdown time to achieve greater efficiency
- Strategic positioning of the company in the market to offer quality and competitive services
- Establish long term operations directives or objectives and specify the strategies and action as well as time plan to achieve them
- Quarterly report of own business unit profit and loss in Performance meeting
- Accountable to day-to-day operation
- Managing human resources for better quality service for customer
- To perform other duties as may be required.

Requirements:
- Master / Bachelor Degree (minimum) in Transportation / Logistic / Business Management with proven performance track record in a highly diverse cross functional background.
- At least 10 years experience in logistics management with at least 4 – 5 years in a senior managerial level.
- Prior experience from established shipping; commodities or transportation industry is advantageous
- Possess good business & financial acumen with strong strategic abilities, leadership qualities.
- Results-oriented, performance driven, strategic minded and able to deliver results effectively and efficiently.
